Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-02

1. The service

Agent Remote Cloud provides accounts, teams, and subscription management for the Agent Remote software. The software runs on your own machine; this service manages your account and plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. New subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record: Paddle, not us, is the seller for that transaction, issues the invoice, and collects any VAT or sales tax due in your country. Your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle. Some earlier subscriptions are still billed through Stripe; those continue unchanged until cancelled.

Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. Because Paddle is the seller, refund and chargeback requests for Paddle-billed subscriptions are handled under Paddle's buyer terms— you can raise one with us or with Paddle directly. Outside any refund window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything in this section.

4. Acceptable use

The Agent Remote software executes commands on your machine at your direction. You are solely responsible for what you run and for securing access to your systems. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by software running on your own machines.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders.

7. Contact

There is no published support address yet. The app carries its own support channel — a case filed from the desktop app reaches us with the diagnostics attached, which is both faster and more useful than an email thread.
