Questions
- Is the launch price for everyone?
- The launch price is once per workspace. It is not offered again after a refund or a cancel, and switching plan on the same billing period keeps it only for the time left on your original offer. Switching between monthly and yearly billing ends it.
- What happens when I move up a plan?
- Moving up, for example from Pro to Pro Max, happens straight away and is charged today. What you already paid for the unused part is taken off, so you pay only the difference. This charge is not refunded. Changing between monthly and yearly billing restarts your billing date from that day.
- And when I move down?
- Moving down, for example from Pro Max to Pro, or from yearly to monthly billing, happens straight away. The unused part of what you paid becomes a credit on your Paddle account. It is used up automatically on your next payments; it is not paid back to your card. How plan changes work.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing on your computer is deleted.
- Can I get a refund?
- For a yearly plan you buy new, yes — a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, and within 7 days of each yearly renewal. Switching from monthly to yearly is a plan change and is not refunded. The first payment for a monthly plan is not refunded, because the 7-day free trial is there to try it first. Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the next one instead. If we charged you by mistake, you get it all back. Read the refund policy.
- Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Paddle, our merchant of record, collects any VAT or sales tax due where you live, and checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
- How will the charge appear on my card statement?
- Charges appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* HDTSOFT. HDTSOFT is short for HDT Software Services, who runs Agent Remote; Paddle, our merchant of record, takes the payment.
